It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

I know and understand, however these are legal issues & moved to private forum (not deleted mostly) by mods..

Most of us like it to be kept private, so concerned mods try and help every legal question arising from a situation in that particular private thread with the concerned member.

Rest, whatever we need to know & discuss is in the open forum, and we should only be bothered about how to make MORE money while domaining in different tld's :great:

And if you still have concerns about it, please feel free to write to Rachel or RJ (the NP administrators)

In my defense (and lawd I do tend to get very defensive, lol) I did look for rules regarding advertising in this thread. I obviously didn't look hard enough. I wish someone had tapped me on the shoulder earlier because I have done A LOT of advertising.

I will say that it did feel counter intuitive to be advertising on a discussion thread. BUT, MY BAD and my sincere apologies. I'm sorry to have caused such a stir. I'd like to be making friends in the Pro thread, not starting discussions like the one preceding this post.

Its simple, discussion threads should stay on topic, none of those posts were related to the .pro discussion, hence were moved.

The article was posted last monday on MSN money. I got about 1000 extra per day.


BUT!!!! this monday they put it on msn homepage, and I got 5K uniques extra that day only.

congrats, hope your server don't crash, becareful to watch your bandwith if you have a regular hosting, they might charge you if it exceeds your hosting plan.

I have been watching it, and they said as long as I dont use 25% of the server for more than a certain amouunt of minutes they wont cut me off.

Its not went past 2%
