Ughhhh! Didn't know the price.

We were one of the brokers for this name and had $1 million offer but the minimum acceptable price by the seller was much higher (as he told us). We could probably push it to $1,2 million if we knew it would be accepted.
We also sent our man to Hangzhou (China) domain summit and one day before it started we noticed whois change
I am sure we would be able to get at least equal amount!

We were non exclusive brokers without Domain Brokerage Agreement. We just get permission on e-mail directly from the owner to broker this domain. Spent some time on searching for potential end users and sent our man to Hangzhou, and the owner did not even let us know when he sold it (although he should per our agreement through e-mail). Lesson learned, never again will spend our financial neither human resources on brokerage without having Domain Brokerage Agreement in its usual form.

We usually insist on Exclusive agreement, but this name was super premium so we accepted to broker it without any official agreement. We just needed few more weeks and I am confident we would have a better offer for this domain. However, its late now
