:lol: I love when a new "Official" thread shows up.

I'm a baseball fan first, but September/October are the best months ever, because the baseball pennant races are happening and college football is in full swing.

Tomorrow's Game of the Week is without a doubt the USC Trojans vs. the Ohio State Buckeyes.

My prediction: USC will win this game by 10 points.

Ohio St. is overrated, and so is USC, but the Buckeyes are the real posers, USC is a top 10, but not #1 team. I say trade them out to the SEC for a couple seasons.

Next: Fresno State #24 (my hometown) vs #10 Wisconsin here in Fresno!!! On ESPN 2! Starts at 7:30 PST!! Any Wisconsin fans out there? Go Bulldogs!!

I'm more excited about the Fresno St. v. Wisconsin game. I like the playing of both teams - you have to admire the only physical team in the Big-10 and you've got to admire the Bulldogs mantra of anybody, anywhere, anytime.

For those folks saying how good USC is, Virginia is being taken to the woodshed by Connecticut. 45-3 with over 10 minutes left. They're beating an Ohio St. team that almost lost to Ohio without their best player. I really hate how paper rankings make this a marquee matchup. USC is the better team, but that's not saying a whole lot right now.

Way to go, USC - taking advantage of a sub-par Ohio State team. They were definitely not a #5 team tonight!

What the hell happened to ASU tonight?? Losing to UNLV?! That's too bad.

I loved the final score of the UCLA game. 8-X
It was great to see the Fighting Irish win today, too! (Not a fan, but love some competition for the Trojans)

Overall a pretty damn good day of football!

I am an Oregon alum, and we barely came back to beat Purdue on Saturday. We probably had no business winning that game, but our defense kept us in it while the offense and special teams finally got a couple of TDs.
The Pac-10 got shredded, with only 3 of 10 teams winning. Washington St. might be the worst divsion I team right now. My Ducks get to play them in 2 weeks!
