Let's turn this bullshit question around. Show me where the Gov gave ANY specifics about the supplies being withheld. What they were, names of person who told her Feds' were buying the supplies, names of people / companies that told her Feds said not to sell to MI.

You want to pretend. Facts is, all politicians lie and liars are always short on specifics, just like the heroic Gov of MI.

Gov Hair Gel of California -- Fed's gave us 170 ventilators that were all broken and had to be repaired. Truth: The batteries were replaced but why miss a chance to attack a man you hate.

    From the original story:

"Whitmer didn't say who has told vendors to stop sending medical supplies to the state, but strongly implied the order came from President Donald Trump's administration."

"The governor's office could not provide any additional information Friday afternoon substantiating Whitmer's allegation."
    --

So just like Gov Cuomo claimed he wasn't getting ventilators.. the truth was he stock-piled them in a warehouse.

Gov Coumo only has to worry about NY. President Trump has to worry about every large city in America. His team is making the strategic decisions.

Governors aren't getting what they demand and are lying to cover their own ass.
    --

More proof Gov of MI is a lying to cover her ass.

Historian Drew McCoy tweeted, “Whitmer just walked this waaay back on CNN. She said supplies she thought they bought were going to the federal government first. Said MA and Los Angeles were having the same issue. Very different than vendors saying her state was being singled out.”

When you buy something, you have to pay for it. Obviously that is not the case here.

Rep. Paul Mitchell (R-MI) said, “members of Michigan’s congressional delegation asked regional officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a Thursday conference call if vendor shipments were being redirected to FEMA. The FEMA Region 5 officials told congressional members there were no vendor shipments being diverted from Michigan and that “they would reach out (to suppliers) and try to solve the uncertainty.” Mitchell said that Whitmer’s allegations were “not productive.”
    --

Always two sides to a story. Media are happy to hype lies and division that further their political agenda / bias.

What Trump is thinking about today, his ratings. He is a truly fucked human being:
    https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump?lang=en

Because the “Ratings” of my News Conferences etc. are so high, “Bachelor finale, Monday Night Football type numbers” according to the @nytimes, the Lamestream Media is going CRAZY. “Trump is reaching too many people, we must stop him.” said one lunatic. See you at 5:00 P.M.!

...The CBS News poll said 13 percent of Republicans trusted the news media for information about the virus.” Michael M. Grynbaum
    @NYTimes

...alone attracted 6.2 million viewers for the president’s briefing — an astounding number for a 6 p.m. cable broadcast, more akin to the viewership for a popular prime-time sitcom...

President Trump is a ratings hit. Since reviving the daily White House briefing Mr. Trump and his coronavirus updates have attracted an average audience of 8.5 million on cable news, roughly the viewership of the season finale of ‘The Bachelor.’ Numbers are continuing to rise...

    Classic case of Massive Narcissism.

And of course people love to watch his briefings, it's like watching a car accident in slow motion.

    AMAZING! RIGHT?!?!?

There is absolutely no way she could have had ANY ADVANCE IDEA that a House version of a relief package was going to be needed so she would not have had the foresight to start putting something together prior. Had she known that, God only knows what she might have actually come up with during that time period instead of being limited to only a weekend's time to "write" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge....) her bill. </sarcasm>

For those that might be interested, it looks like the "weekend" House version was actually a modified version of a bill that had been in the works since early 2019 (so yes, it was written in advance...) and had previously passed the House last July. (Assuming I'm undesrtanding the Wikipedia article and it's Legislative History timeline correctly. If I'm wrong, I'll apologize...)

But why all the fuss and indignity if your side "won"? According to the Heritage Foundation, (you've heard of them, right???), little of her wish list ended up in the Relief Bill anyways.

Trump cites a 2.2 million death estimate from coronavirus, then says: "So if we can hold that down, as we're saying, to 100,000, it's a horrible number, maybe even less, but to 100,000, so we have between 100 and 200,000, we altogether have done a very good job."

Novartis CEO, Narasimhan pledged to donate a stunning 130 million doses of hydroxychloroquine and will support studies of the drug as a treatment against COVID-19.

So the stats look good so far, hydroxychloroquine and a strong antibiotic reduce the infection length of the Chinese Bat Virus.

I'm sure all the democrats and journalist accusing the President of giving people false hope will now delete their tweets and edit their hyper critical articles.

All they had to do was copy and paste from their next budget proposal. I'm surprised they didn't include money for a bigger jet for Nancy.

Or Mitch to include even more funds to pay for even more trips to Mar-a-Largo for T-man to play all that golf that he said he wouldn't be able to play because he'd be too busy working...

President has a bigger plane. Florida is a lot closer than HI or TX. I don't remember Mitch taking half the senate on vacation or bitching out military personal because he couldn't get the jet he wanted.

Nancy is degenerate; worse than Trump. Prove me wrong.

'Air Pelosi': Watchdog revisits House speaker's hefty travel expenses on military aircraft
    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/jan/25/air-pelosi-watchdog-revisits-house-speakers-hefty-/

    TL:DR

Nancy should be flying commercial planes like everyone else.

“We reported in 2010 that Pelosi’s jet travel cost the Air Force $2,100,744.59 over a two-year period — $101,429.14 of which was for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol,” Mr. Fitton said, noting that the average cost on an international congressional delegation trip was $228,563.33

WASHINGTON – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has gone from frequent flier to jet-aircraft connoisseur, with aides berating military officials to get the best planes, e-mails revealed yesterday.

Pelosi has expressed concern about having to stop and refuel primarily for security reasons, her office said.

In response to the Pentagon's offer, Pelosi spokesman Brendan Daly told ABC News, "We appreciate the Defense Department's continuing concern for the speaker's security. We are reviewing their letter."

Spain got faulty rapid test kits from China. So did Turkey and the Czech Republic. Malaysia complains about inaccurate Chinese test kits. Netherlands ordered over 1 million surgical masks and all of them were below the standards.

So much for China leading the world. If other countries do as Trump has been trying to do (bring back manufacturing) then China is gonna get battered really hard. A lot of people pissed off with China and all their "bat & rat pandemics"...

Aircraft from China with medical supplies arrives in New York City
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/aircraft-china-medical-supplies-arrives-223216990.html

So there is a chance that those supplies may be worthless
