No one appears to give a shit in my state I can tell you that,

If I were to cover my face with only my eyes showing and go into a store, I know the police would be called for me being a suspicious person.

The same rules do not apply for a male vs female, IF , those are even females in that pic, who really knows, who even really knows what nationality and ect they are.

So a 3 year old has the capacity to change their gender? Says parents dressed him up in girl's clothing, far different from changing gender. I could have been dressed up as a dragon at 3, doesn't mean I changed to a dragon.
