Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

The average price for quads this month is $192. So you should expect prices in that range. $140-$220 each easily.

reseller prices for quads are more like $120-140 IMO, if they dont have anything really special to it.

All 4 letter .coms are being bought rapidly after they drop, but this doesn't mean they will ever sell to anyone. Z,Q,X,V seem to sell lower then other letters. This being said, the asian market tend to like letters that we don't. So some bad letters to U.S. domainers might be worth more to others. U and W are usually better letters than Z,Q,X,V.

Exactly. I just sold a triple-premium for $2350 through GD DBS. A bank bought it to match their newly announced IPO stock. Ya never know who will suddenly want what domain from you.

Well done! How did you negotiate that amount with them? What arguments did you have to motivate that price? Did they tell you it was for a IPO stock before or after the sale was completed?

Thanks. It was just luck as most enduser sales are. They started at $100, I had no idea who it was, I countered with $5500 and we went from there. Their max was $2k, I managed to squeek out a few more dollars from them. Found out who they were after escrow payment cleared.

And just think, I almost popped the domain on eBay last week!
