Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

It was a fixed-price format sale and the buyer won it through a "Best Offer".

What makes you think you could have gotten more for it?
Why would the end-user of syne.com want the .org as well?

I doubt the .org will actually add value to his business...

Shreder, when an end user tries to develop a brand around or under particular domain name/niche, mostly a tech savvy person, they will try and get hands on all the major tld's to be on the safer side (from cyber squatter's).

These main tld's are:

Com, Net, Org & Info, you get me?

More from syne.org: Legal Entity: Syne Systems Private Limited & Syne Communications Private Limited.

Wow, lol.
That was dumb on my part not checking the actual URL.
I thought you were disappointed only because of the syne.com domain...

www.DONT.net - I know that but I wouldn't expect a company that paid $2000 for a .com domain to pay a same amount for the .ORG extension.
I personally would only purchase the .ORG if it's within a very reasonable price and if I only paid $2000 for the .COM I personally wouldn't pay more than $100-$150 for the .ORG.
Keep it mind that just like you said, a company would also be after the rest of the extensions so they wouldn't spend a large sum of money on each extensions.
The .COM is the one that matters and if I would purchase any other extension it would be the NET before the .ORG.

Hope I clarified myself :)

syne.com is stil pointing to sedo parking.

I sold syne.org at the end of November (I was on vacation at the Red Sea, got an email on my Iphone, quickly sold the domain, thats it. Had no desire to make additional research sitting on the beach).

When I came back at the beginning of December, I noticed the syne.com on sedo auction, I wanted to buy it to offer to the same enduser (I already knew what company was it) but it went higher than my limit.

I think the same enduser initially wanted to get it, but I am not sure who finally got syne.com.

syne.com hasnt been xferred to buyer as of now. I just checked who is record and found this: Last Update Date: 2008-07-21

We'll have to wait and see who bought it

Nah, I mean the end user wanted to acquire all the major tld's whatsoever, so that he can secure his brand!!

I have quite a bunch of LLLL's but that doesnt mean I'm a cyber squatter, the term was used ina different context, for those who actually are, and act or behave like one!!

I hope you get me..

yokd at tdnam actually underlines what i've been saying. Its a double premium but would make a nice web 2.0 brand. Hence the $183 sale price, even in this market.

I also got outbid on 14/15 names i was bidding on via snap and tdnam, a pretty good sign for llll.com if you ask me ;)

I won xsfr.com at snap - commonly used to signify 'transfer' in the travel and cargo industries.

It was cheap. Obviously all investors now are in fears. Not the best time to sell domains, especially those that are end-user friendly.

My end-user sales are also slowed suddenly during last 2-3 weeks. Almost no inquiries :( I've sold just one VCVC.info type domain for 200$ for the last week :(
