If LLL.com, NNNN.com, and LLL.net have the minimum prices as follows:

LLL.com: > $8,000
LLL.net: > $800
NNNN.com: > $600

so the final prices of LLLL.com, LLLL.net and NNNNN.com would be:

LLLL.com > ($8,000/26 = ) about $300.
LLLL.net > ($800/26 = ) about $30.
NNNNN.com > ($600/10 = ) about $60.

Am I right?

worst LLL.coms are still being sold for 6-7k so LLLL.com prices won't reach $300 so soon...

That's more or less correct, but remember that worst LLLL.net's are still available under reg fee (and some are good), on the other hand I guess premium should be worth more than $30 (at least the best)

As for LLLL.com, theoretically, I'd say we're still at the 1/40 ~1/50 level. This level will go towards 1/30 as more LLLL's get developed/fall into end-user hands.

In general these are useful measurements. With adding 1 number or letter, I think there would be some drop-off in value in addition to the scarcity factor you calculated, because it is harder to remember/longer. However, with the NNNNN.com's this drop-off might be negated entirely (or even more so) by the fact that NNNNN.com's have more end-user potential than NNNN.com's because of their uses as US and foreign postal code sites, and already I think more NNNNN.com's are developed sites than NNNN.com's. Plus, it is my belief that numerics in general are undervalued in the current market, because westerners have underestimated the extraordinary demand for these domains in the super-fast growing Asian markets.

Final price of a domain? Is the world going to end or something?

I consider this very risky logic.

I prefer the logic.
LLLL.com attract a minimum value of $30-$70 and so that is what they are worth.
LLLL.net attract a minimum value of $0-$7 and so that is what they are worth.
NNNNN.com attract a minimum value of $7-$30 and so that is what they are worth.

I don't agree with the 1/26 logic as I consider that LLL and LLLL are way too different to have such a simple formula. <50% of LLL.com are not developed while >80% are. The majority of LLL.com get enough traffic to pay for themselves. A large percentage of LLLL.com don't. Reg fees for LLL.com are less than 0.5% of the wholesale value of the domains while annual reg fees is greater than 10% of LLLL.com. LLLL.com has a higher population of investors due to the increased availability and affordability.

I don't think you'll see that level anytime soon. It'll be interesting around November when a bunch drop post one year buyout.

Thought it would be interesting to tally up how many there are and what types they are, and hopefully in the future do a scarcity/popularity analysis like Sevent did two years ago regarding the Alexa Top 500

Two are NN.com's (51.com #4 and 56.com #7)
Three are NNN.com's (163.com #9 and 126.com #56)
One is an NNNN.com (9158.com #68)
Three are NNNNN.com's (12530.com #26, 96333.com #34, and 17173.com #100)
And four have other extensions (6.cn #11, 39.net #41, 5460.net #84, and 163888.net #92).

So 13 are pure numerics, and a bunch of others have numbers in them. This is a very high number of popular numeric domains in a high-growth market, especially considering that numeric domains are extremely scarce in general.

A common myth. There was only a small rise in LLLL registrations in the last month of availability - indeed the drawdown of LLLL.com was as near to a straight line as you could imagine. see:
http://dyyo.com/analysis_remaining.php

As for LLLL.com = 1/26 of value of LLL.com ...
Those who pick stocks speak of "target price". This is the price, based on fundamentals of value, the picker believes the stock would be worth if it was valued correctly by the market. Many things can under-value a stock, (what I call a price well) and finding underpriced stocks is one of the most profitable ways to invest.

LLLL.coms just sold out November 2. Soon after then their sales prices jumped at least 400% - the price had been held down by the availability of thousands of domains at reg fee, an example of a price well.

IMHO the prices of LLLL.coms will continue to move toward their target of 1/26 of LLL.coms, however the timeline of that is anyone's guess. It could take several years.
