Please share your thoughts regarding it's usage and possibilities.

Well, IMHO another extension key words always have a chance but at the same time this one isn't quite as brandable. It makes me think of Mississippi which isn't exactly the most appealing web state, but some potential is there. I think if it did amount to anything it'd be serveral years.

all the rest... meh.

.ms might work as a state abbreviation or Multip Scelrosis (sp?), or implied as microsoft?

Still, I'm not a fan of .ms as there are many better options out there.
