Never paid for an appraisal :yell: those dam rippers, Sedo's an example; a domain is like a house, the 3 rules of real estale (LLL) might "appraise" the house at $400k but unless there's a buyer it's worth zero :/ So I basically depend on free appraisals I get from namepros, and if I really need em I don't mind chipping in a few NP$.
