Hi Guys,

I have picked up this ultra generic 2 word domain from financial sector.

My idea is that this domain can be used in any application in financial sector as it symbolize meeting point between Bank and Costumer. It is daily used term when going to bank.

I see direct use as.
Online Banking Portal
App
Comparison tool
Wholesaler of banking products - multiple banks
Brand.

What is your opinion about this domain? How you you approach the sale? Is my gut more less right about the price?

Bank counter is so 20th century IMO.
These days, many transactions are done from your home, from a device of your choice.
When you must visit the bank to discuss business, investments or retirement, they welcome you in a plush office. Standing in line at the counter is not something we do as often as in the past. The business of banking has evolved a lot, and so has the customer relationship. This domain does not project a modern image at all.

I think the appraisal just above me is much more realistic than yours. Think about it: few domains sell in that range.

Thank you for your opinion. My idea is to pitch it as a service of future ...... name of app for online banking, virtual bankcounter from your home (like conference based), online banking branch called bankcounter, etc

It is not like CD's or DVD's which you cannot rebrand. Don't you think?

The meaning of meeting point between customer and provider is the message which matters IMO.
