Hello everyone,
HeadLine News announced last night that banking customers will soon be able to scan checks from home and upload them into their accounts for deposit.
The technology, called remote deposit capture, has been around for a couple of years but has only been used by companies and financial institutions.
No banks have signed on to this technology yet but I forsee it being another part of everyday internet banking in the coming years, just like internet bill pay.
I personally love the idea. Now I can just scan and deposit all my affiliate checks, adsense, cj and others, without having to drive 15 minutes to my bank... I'm excited and hope my bank offers it soon, or I may change banks.
Here are a couple articles I found about Check Free Banking:

In light of this recent news I've registered :
Check Free Banking .com
Check Upload .com
What do you think? Am I wasting money or staying ahead of the pack?
