More or less, yea. That domain, which is infinitely better than yours, gets about 12 hits per day, all of which seem to be organic meaning that it's from typos. The word "youtuber" is an extremely vague and uncommon way to refer to someone who makes videos on youtube. It has no inherent commercial use, can't be brandable due to it's connection to already existing Youtube, and the fact that it was first registered only days ago lead to it being worth reg fee.
