Dont take Estibot appraisal as real appraisal, take it only as a sign of potential value, Estibot appraisal is only usefull when you have a big list and want to quickly sort them from high value to low.

Regarding your domain, Godaddy give it:

Estimated Value: $10,605

Which is closer to real value of the domain that $99k by Estibot.

I think the domain real value is $15 to $25k but not more than that.

Well kas it's yours domain if you can sell it at 100k then it's great. .. I mean its only you who can decide at what price you have to sell. .. One thing is sure that yours domain is valuable. .. It all depends on how badly one wants yours domain.. I really wish you get the best of the deals and you get the maximum for this domain...

Is it possible than an end user might pay 100k for it? Sure. Likely, not really.

It's a great domain, sure. But you could be waiting a LOOOOOOOOOONG time if you are holding out for high xx,xxx. I'd probably take 20k for it, but equally I'd accept a little less for the sake of a quick sale.

It's a domain that really only has one use - a website about Thailand. As such, your potential buyer base is quite small.

Estibot values are unrealistic IMO. Thailad.org may be around 10-20K only since they are not much in domain market. if it is unitedstates.org, it must be worth atleast 500K IMO
