Just picked it up and namejet for $230, it has been registered since 1997 and is a PR2 domain.

Very nice pickup there! Great for a typo of Texas. I would say the Low $x,xxx range would be around what this name could be worth.

IMO:

I can't see it being popular for "text us" when its "texus", its missing an important letter and can see about low-mid $xx un-developed and without traffic.
