Site runs on SMSscript 2.0 which allows owners to put their own e-mail to SMS gateways in the script. Over 100 gateways are loaded, but most of them have been outdated and I have yet to find the new addresses. The cost to the owner for sending messages is nothing, it is done through e-mail to SMS gateways which are provided by the mobile phone companies.

No reason to have an administrative backend, all you have to do is edit the MySQL database to change the listed providers. Can be done with phpMyAdmin or another MySQL database editor.

No providers from India... I couldn't find any of their e-mail to SMS addresses when I made the script -- that's probably why.

Where would you find the information for the providers, to send sms messages?

Usually, you can find them on the provider's website, but sometimes it requires a call or e-mail to their customer service. It really depends on the company, location, and language spoken.
