Text mouse rollover to an image

Is there a way to mouse over text and have an image pop up over the text?

you could use CSS, so when the mouse rollsover then a background image appears and then you can use display: none; to get rid of the text.

You could go into photoshop and make the text into an image, then just do a rollover image. May be the easiest thing to do...
