I am selling text links on http://www.htmlhelpsite.com, its pagerank is 4 but only recieves a few hits a day.

Price: $2 a month. Payment via PayPal. The price will go up or down next month depending on if the pagerank does up or down.

I can sell text links for a year on htmlhelpsite.com for $20, but I cannot guarantee the pagerank will stay at 4/10 for the whole year.
