I have been doing some alternate keyword building for my gift idea site and it is starting to pay off. Here are some of the search terms sent to my site today:

Site is only getting round 50 uniques a day but that should go up quite a bit as we get closer to the holidays.
Price is $6/month or $15 for 3-months or $28 for 6-months or $45 for 1-year. If you take 1-year you also get a news article for free (you can write it up to 3 paragraphs) or I can write it (1 paragraph max).
You can have a news article written with a live link for $12 or $8 with any other link term.
Site is PR3 but I recently changed the landing page for SEO reasons.
468x60 banner space in header is also available for $32 for 6-months or $52 for 1-year.
