What is it and what does it do?
flipmytext is a easy to install and use website that is very marketable. It allows a user to type in some text and the script will rotate/flip the text the wrong way for fun.
Where would anyone use it/how do i market it?

Limit is your imagination.. this can be a separate entity (very easy to market via social networking sites), or it could be an addon to an existing website/forum etc.
