I would guess that would have been a tough sell here for $20...even $10 maybe...

Given Afternic's reluctance to allow domains in their marketplace to be priced above $5K and my desire to hold onto some local geo and real estate .TV names as longer-term holds, I decided to just pull them from that marketplace altogether. What is the commission on one real estate transaction? If you can rank a site even on page two to yield a little traffic and a real estate agent can get an occasional lead which turns into a sale, what could that domain be worth to their business over time?
