Established teqqila.com - brandable entertainment site

As I write in title I want to sell my site teqqila.com. It is entertainment sites based on traffic exchange system with other sites, and it is very good system because you can make a lot of traffic and money in short time,but the most important thing is that you must add fresh material often to keep and to improve traffic and this is main reason I selling it because I do not have much time now...

Let I tell you some investments I make and other details:

traffic is very low these days because I didn't update site long time (it was having few thousands in past) and now is getting only 5-10 visitors daily (assume no traffic )
