I hand reg'd this one the other day but after searching it appears to have been first registered in 2008. English two word domain and an actual 'thing' rather than just to random words picked out of thin air.

Even though it is proper, most folks would likely be searching for "Tenant Dispute"

Two different meanings I think. Tenancy Dispute involves an issue with the tenancy on the whole or any part of it. Tenant Dispute would only involve an issue with tenant.
