Temporary domain registration

Are there any services you can temporarily register a domain? Say you find a domain that's very niche, but perfect for a company, and you want to temporarily hold it, but not commit 100%.

Anything like that exist?

I think he means that he wants to "register" it. Then spend some time trying to sell it - and if it fails get his money back

I wonder why more businesses don't let you do that?

But yes - some registrars let you Grace Delete for a small fee. GoDaddy will do it for free (if you don't do it a lot).
