OSWD stands for Open Source Web Design.
There are numerous templates available for free download. If I remember it correctly, you don't even have to be a member to download the templates.

I used to use OSWD when I was starting out with web design. It's very good for learning.

If you take a simple source, and just test with it, adding images and content, it's amazing how good some of the templates there can help you out.

I recommend it for beginners, especialy. :tu:

I used to use it when I began.

Their designers dont use java, images.

I found some nice ones.
