This include two php link directories ( one live demo available here), one who is website and 4 website templates.
Please compare prices of templates you want and your monthly or permanent links price when making offers.

I wasn't thinking about directories, more on webmaster forums and content sites but maybe we can have a deal.
If you want to install template on this directory here is the deal:
You will keep link to TemplatesLord.com as permanent(this will replace link to free template owner you have now) and you will give me 6 months sitewide to my other site. If only one link is there it like giving template for free so I belive you understand me.
