TemplateMonster.com Drupal Templates

Anyone purchase one of templatemonster.com's new Drupal templates? I'm considering it (the prices are good) but an a bit worried about them.

The code on their stuff tends to be less than ideal, and I'm wondering if the blocks they show are hard-coded in (polls for example), which makes it less than a true CMS.

Anyone?
