Hello,
I had a link bait template distribution site created to build inbound links for a new site. The site worked so well, and I've got enough backlinks to rank well and move to PR5, that I want to make the deal even sweeter and make it essentially free for me by selling a few copies of my code to recoup the money I invested.

The site gets about 1,000 template download a week without any promotion.
You are welcome to research the backlinks to either of those sites to see that they indeed come from my templates.
The templates are generated using Artisteer.com software. The way I had the program created, all you need to do is upload the template files in a zip file via FTP and it will automatically show the template on the site. No messy database work. He did put in some stuff to make it easier to add tagging later on but I got more than enough out of the system without needing to invest more in it.
The price is $300 to get a copy of the script (max 2-3 sold so my site is still effective). This should be no problem for a serious buyer who wants to drastically increase the number of inbound links to their site.
