Template wanted

I am after a templte to buy for a site i am doing, it must have some form of code in it so when you update the menu bar you only have to update one page, like SSI allows you to do, and this would be my preferred method.

I can't pay that much, around 20 dollars via Paypal and don't need any high graphic website or anything.
