I'm looking to sell a very nice clean/professional layout. It is unique and have never been sold, nor will it be sold again. It comes with the following:

.PSD for the Main Page with a Custom Icon/Arrow Set I made for it some time ago and the Logo (included in the PSD).

I'm asking $40.00 USD for the layout .PSD. Because of problems I'm having finding a coder, I won't be offering this page coded. However I would be happy to design a subpage, or add flash to the page.
