.tel domains and spam after signing up

Hey,

Is anybody else receiving a lot of spam in the email address that you gave out when signing up for these .tel addresses?

I used name.com and right before purchasing you had to set up your new account with CTH. It asked for an email address and I thought it would be OK to give out a normal address and not a throw away address. Wrong!!

I am now getting a ton of pornographic spam to the address that I used when signing up. I never received any pornographic spam to that address before.

Coincidence? Doubt it.

Anybody else notice this problem?

Change your email over to Godaddy's servers and you'll get zero spam. You will probably miss a lot of important valid email too, but the spam will disappear.

I haven't faced any such issues too.....bought a couple of .TEL domains from ResellerClub.

You guys are lucky then. I'm getting hammered with really hard core pornographic spam messages that even make me cringe. I never got anything like these before at this address.
I know it's not from giving out this email address to another source.

It has to be from the .tel sign ups in some way.

Yeah, they love me alright.

They also love the cute farm animals and everything and everyone else you can think of.

Oh well, at least they're thinking of me.............

I also bought some .tel from name.com, I did not get any spam email. Because I found .tel domain price is much better. (Before I got some.tel from sibername.com)

I have over 200 .tel domains and I registered a lot with Name.com. I have not received a single spam.
