Hi, what value would you give TekJob.com and TopDiets.net? I've been in this business about a year and have acquired 600 or so domains but have never sold one. I just buy 'em and park 'em and I'm finally beginning to see some real revenue. But I need to raise some cash to pay off accumulated debts.

I'm not sure if I should sell of one of my better names, like the ones above, or one of my non-performing names. For example, I've got ModernSingleDad.com, which has web links and gets steady traffic, but no one ever clicks on the parked page so I get no revenue. So I thought I might sell it.

Anyway, that's all another issue, I know. Got an appraisal? Thanks in advance for your time and thoughts.

The appraisal will depend heavily on the revenue you're generating from the domain.

Is it all type-in traffic? Im surprised to see a .net do so well.

Neither of these two gets significant traffic. TopDiets.net brings in perhaps 10 cents a day, TekJob.com even less. I just thought they had value since they are short, easy to remember, and focused on popular subjects.
