.mobi TeeTimes.mobi on SEDO -> $ 10.000!!!

I was surprised to see that I received a bid of $ 10.000 for TeeTimes.mobi!!! With all the premium .mobi auctions running at the moment, the bidder has to be an enduser. Not a domain speculator. And a speculator wouldn't bid $10k on this domain is my guess, although is is a beautiful domain!

If you play golf, then you know that TeeTimes.mobi is one of the best or maybe THE BEST domain for a mobile online GOLF booking website.

I mean, mortgages.mobi went for 25K. Not to compare this name to that one, but once you start getting into XX,XXX you're in a different league, and this name just doesn't seem to meet that level.

Imho, 'teetimes' fits the extension perfectly, while 'mortgages' doesn't fit the extension at all. I think 10k is a very reasonable price for an enduser.

I just went 9-holes this afternoon with a client ... and the guy at the Club Shop said folks call all the time to check availability and book tee times, IHHO. That provides a LOT of hope for such an online service, and for use potentially by mobile users and those travelling and/or "on the go" IMHO. I really hope these guys have bid the $10g's for it, and plan on developing -and promoting- it for this specific use! :yell:
