4 days of parking and I've got an offer already.

I don't know what to say, is 4 days of parking long to have an offer?

I think the buyer is a reseller though, said that he's in the real state industry and domain name industry is their next direction.

So what do you think guys?

I don't wanna sell this cheap, cause i plan to develop this and turn it into a T-shirt kind of website, i mean i'll be an affiliate for all the tees seller out their.

If you get an offer for 3X your initial investment take it. I don't see this name being worth more than $10-$20, unless you advertise and develop.

Even I do not see any potential with this domain except for it is catchy. If you get a reasonable offer sell this off and search for a better domain to develop.
As such the domain worth low xx$ IMO.
