It would be best for a tutorial website. I have 163 unique hits today (so far), so the site is fairly popular already.

no way , $35 is nothing. 100+ uniques per day is valuable... I would sell it as a traffic name instead of a website as potential parking domainers would be very interested and would probably give you mid xxx - high xxx.
