domain techthisout.net - how much would it be worth?

I'd be willing to let whoever bought the domain to have all the content (the theme is a copy of a badly coded one, coded from the ground up, with tweaks such as, and things posted in the "News" category appears on the News page and not the main blog) that is on it at the moment for extra...

It has potential for any technology related site, whether it be selling things or doing as it is now, providing reviews/interesting information. Plus, it's a play on words :P

I just want a rough estimate on how much it would sell for, as I really don't have the energy to keep posting regularly, but I don't want to just let it die!

It's stats are (Ive only had them installed for a few months unfortunatly):

Hits (approx):
April - 33,000
May - 71,000
June - 68,000
July - 4,500

are those unique viewers or total page views? if they are unique viewers id say the site is worth low xxx to mid xxx based on the residual traffic alone - if you found an end user that wanted to continue managing the site, it could perhaps be worth low xxxx - mid xxxx - thats my opinion, at least!

Woah :O I'm gonna leave ads on it and maintain it for another month, see what the uniques are like, as I'm not sure about those xx,xxx visitors whether they were unique or not, so I'll have a better idea then... In 24hrs its had approx. 500 uniques, which isn't bad

If I were to consider selling it, whats the best method/place? Alot of places people give as being the best place seem dead (like Sedo) :/
