Good day NamePros,

Over the past 12 months I have been developing a community dedicated to helping all types of experienced users in Linux, Networking, Hardware and Programming. Sadly, my efforts have dropped dramatically over the past 3 months (Despite trying to release a new version) due to progressing my career as a system administrator and developer. Because of this I am looking to sell.

Due to my lack of participation in the forum and the lack of advertising and updates that I haven't been able to do the activity on the forums (Posting) has dropped however visitor statistics have maintained due to the articles (other than this months where you can see a slight decrease in visitors).

Over the past 3 months, not including January's, activity on the board increased due to sending a global email to all members of the community. Those that hadn't posted started posting and those that had posted but stopped came back and visited the community. The majority of members have informed me they just require activity to post but love the articles. The articles are very important to the visitors.

Following you will find some details about the community:

The community consists of articles and forums. Currently 109 out of 110 of the articles are uniquely written for this community. 30 out of these 109 articles have been re-written and ready for re-releasing.

The forum runs on vB 3.0.x which needs to be updated, the current theme is unique to the community. The vB license is leased and expires December 31st 2006.

Along with the main domain are 3 additional associated domains (easy to remember) and WhiteHatters.com. This domain could be use for a separate website however will not be sold separate without a good offer.

Average monthly unique visitors: 5,000 (and above)
Average monthly hits: 200,000 (Visitors tend to browse all over the community looking at articles)

I do not advertise the community nor to I advertise on the forums. This is because I wanted to build the visitor statistics before advertising. However, based on the monthly hit statistics you will have no problem advertising.

I am looking for $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 however this price is negotiable. Ideally I am looking for an interested buyer that will look after the community and make it what it should be today.

The price mentioned above is based on a buy it now, please feel free to bid. The price has been put together based on the articles (Main attraction to the community), the forum theme, license and potential of the forum.

Please PM me for the URL of the community and if interested. If you're not at all interested in this sale I would much appreciate it if you do not post in this thread, thank you.

NOTE: By PMing me you agree to not hand out any information I state as private in the PM.

He probably doesn't want spiders indexing either the URL or the site name.

PM sent to all that have requested, sorry about the delay.

Thank you, this is exactly why I do not wish to broadcast the URL.

Spiders won't index it if you put spaces or hyphens in: y-o-u-r-s-i-t-e dot com

Oh, and PM the url ;)
