As you can see from this post, there is no indication of anything but offering the name for sale.

If he doesn't want to sell, that's cool, I will find something else to spend my money on! Would like to confirm either way however.

I am not totally sure as you can see that post was edited and when i looked at it a few days ago it said he was cancelling the deal. Since he did edit it might still be for sale. Confirmation would be great either way

I did indeed get the whole forum to work now.. if you want it then it will be about $200 now. Before it was only $100 because it had no forum on it.. now it has a forum and a bunch of posts and members.. still intrested? Sorry for the confusion.
