The name does reek of generic application simply because everything has the potential of becoming, 'Techable', In fact I just thought about it for a minute and this name would make a neat frontend for general innovation.
As for a 'liquid' trading price maybe $500 -$2000.
Awesome. Thank you all for the input. I spent a good amount on it because I've been in search for tech names for my businesses for some time. I saw it in private auction and really thought I'd get it for high $XXX but ended up spending $1550 on it. I thought it's very brandable and could be use in a variety of businesses.
I'm new to this, but have flipped different stuff for a living my entire life. I appreciate all of the help! I have a question for you all. I know when you buy a domain you buy a new domain there is a 60-day lock on it. If I wanted to sell the domain within those 60 days is there a way around that lock?
Yes, that lock in period is "if you are transferring to a different registrar". Say if the domain is registered at GoDaddy, you can push to anyone with GoDaddy account, even 5 minutes after you register. But not to Name.com or other registrars. hope that helps.
Tech is valuable, is a *able.com domain? Try looking on namebio.com for sales ending in *able.com where the combo is made up, ie not something like wearable.
Top three reported sales like this(they are all verbs):
wantable.com 47k
showable.com 20k
billable.com 17k
I was looking for a name like this for possible use and so I didn't want to spend so I took an org where the com is not in use.
I found this video: domainsherpa.com/review-20170220/ It was posted before I bought the domain on Namejet. The "Domain Sherpas" all like the domain. The one guy said he'd sell it for $5,500 - $8,800.
What do you guys think of that evaluation? Where would you set the Buy it Now and how long do you estimate it'd take to sell?
Congratulations on a nice domain! I have noe idea of worth, but it will certainly be up there, for sure. No wish to spam, but I have:
curveable.com
curveables.com
upscaleable.com
upscaleables.com
onwardable.com
advantageable.com
No idea of worth though, I like curveable best - and advantageable is a real word!
Thanks urlurl that's what I was thinking. I bought it as an investment so I'm willing to hold it for a bit. What $xx,xxx would you list it for / expect?
