Funny how people don't even Google the term(s) before spouting.

Since Idealist Careers is already a going operation, you are risking a UDRP or ACPA action.
I would delete (not drop, DELETE) this domain from your acct (and get a refund, if possible).

as mentioned i have not heard of the term but am happy to be educated, i can say when i did google it there were no ads which suggests not really a well known commerical term
