Recently bought this (and tec.domains.com), as I was thinking of using it for my tech domains site.

I don't see these new extensions being very valuated by professional domainers. But if you plan to develop, you might increase it's value. For the name alone, I would say mid to high $xx, at best very low $xxx.

yet i would say you can get $xxx range for this domain as the keywords are superb

that is a real catchy one and i love to have one like that.. future belongs the new gTLDs as people get used to type the phrases directly like the one I have: digitalmarketing.institute the extensions will merge into the main domain seamlessly...as they are the real natural extensions people need not worry to remember which part is an extension..
