The .biz extention has lost a lot of it's luster lately. Depending what you have planned for it as a website, you could conceivably get a decent amount for it. Undeveloped, low to mid xx sounds about right.

As it is, I agree with sircc - mid-low xx. Biz names don't sell well to begin with and this one doesn't fit the extension well. Main selling point is that t's a short dictionary word , but there are hundreds if not thousands of dictionary words to be found for reg fees in .biz.
