Team needed for Phppixels Project

We are planning to develop a new php script. It is called php pixels.
For that purpose we have bought phppixel.com and phppixels.com.
We need expert php programmers to make a script like milliondollarhomepage.
We will take care of running the website and promoting the script.
If you have skills required to be a part of this good project then please pm me.
We want to start with 4 guys team.
Your name, website, profiles and info about you will be on the project site so with the projection of this projection you will get good publicity.
Initially the script made will be provided free to the end users. We will advertise it on hotscripts.com and others sites like this.
We will improve the script as time goes by and fiz the bug.

You are right in a sense. We have done our home work with that. I think if we develop a script which becomes standard php script for that kind of project then cpanel and that kind of other webhosting panel might include that as their pre installed scripts.
Still their is demand of that sort of stable, easy and customisable script.
On the basis of this script and traffic we will get we want to develop a whole CMS in the future.

When script will be good and famous enough then we will start selling an advanced version of it, then i think there will be money to keep everybody happy.
The other post which concerns about other scripts out there is that php has become kind of standard for scripts these days.
Another company which is selling that script contacted me for the domain names phppixels.com and phppixel.com.
We will have more advantage then them if we develop good enough script.
There is an easy way as well we can easliy hire a programmer to make this script for may be couple of hundred dollars but this will be just one of and we want to run it like an ongoing project which improves by time.

IMHO, your offer will not attract too much experienced and well skilled developers; you will have to offer just a bit more to be attractive. You're promising quite a lot, but I fear things will not turn out the way you're hoping they will. Like microdude431 stated: the stuff you're planning to deliver isn't unique.

Good developers don't come cheap and unless you can convince them you have a really good idea that will pay off, I think you will have a hard time finding the developers you need for such a long-term commitment.

Nevertheless, I wish you all the best with your project and I must say I'm always in for a challange but like many others like me: I am short on time and I want to have some sort of guarantee it will make me some $$...

Without offering any type of monetary compensation, the only good that can come of this type of project is free advertising for the programmers' websites and/or businesses. A If that's the only reward, I would much rather just program the script on my own rather than "share the wealth" ...

Yea you can do it if you have resources to market and promote that project.
