Do you have to pay the government any taxes when you sell a domain? If so, what's the percentage?

Assuming you're a US citizen, you have to pay taxes on all your income, whether it's a domain sale, or any other item you sell. The percentage you pay depends on what tax bracket you're in for your entire income for the year.
