Tax forms - Which one?

Hi,

I'm an Australian resident. One of the affiliate sites i'm a member of needs me to complete my tax info before they will give me a payout. The IRS website hasn't been much help.

The forms I have to choose from are:
Form W-9
Form W-8BEN
Form W-8IMY
Form W-8ECI
Form W-8EXP

Does anybody know which one I need to complete?

If you're not a US resident it's normally W-8BEN.

As according to it's depend upon which type of tax you have to pay but here you not mention in brief about this so it's hard to assume any thing .

I am not sure, I think W-8BEN is suited to you.
