TargetFirst not paying?

A few months ago, I signed up with TargetFirst (alternative to AdSense) just to test it out. Some sites that I had that didn't do too well with AdSense was doing fairly well with TargetFirst.. so in a month, I made $110 with a few of my sites. On their Website, they state that they make payments every 15th of the month if the account balance reaches $50 or more but it's been 2-3 months and I've yet to receive payment from them. I've tried emailing them but they do not respond to it at all.

I found a site www.TargetFirstReview.com where a couple TargetFirst publishers also posts. If you check one of the forums, they too have not been paid by TargetFirst.

Does anyone have the same experience with them?

i really hope it isn't a scam but i cant find any proof for it being legit

They seemed like a legitimate network. Have you tried calling them or sending them any letters via snail mail?

Nope, that's the danger of using an alternative to Adsense or Yahoo: They won't pay.
Therein lies the rub.

That and as an advertiser, the publisher's middle man has less resources to prevent fraud.
