Hello all!
I would like your opinions on how I can improve my design for my upcoming site talkstangs. Right now its VERY Bland, and I would appreciate any tips, and/or tricks to spice it up :hehe: .

Action is the key word. What do Mustands represent? The culture around Mustangs, the evolution, fascinate your users visually, it should result in higher sign up %.
As you already said, the site design is extremely bland at this time. There's tons of improvement. Revisit the drawing board and start looking at Car Enthusiast websites, get the idea of what they're doing and then make it all the more better.

The header needs to have a bit more spiced up. Also, you need to spice up the page with graphics and fill it up a bit more.

What brings people back to a website it daily/updated content.

Maybe hold a position for a "Stang of the week" where people take pictures and send them in to your site and maybe have a little write up about the vehicle.

Maybe do a weekly/bi-weekly link to an ebay motors auction that would be your "auction of the week".

Or maybe you could have a blogged section on your site with up to date news for mustangs - new models, new features, plans for the future of mustangs, what have you.

Just some ideas.

New concept, complete overhaul! I really like this design and color scheme. This site is just going to act as a portal while the content will be on the forum (need to set that up).
Please give me reviews on what you think of the design and color scheme.
