IMO these names are fairly decent. I think you should develop and not wait for a sale. If you develop and build a community on these names a possible sale later will turn into much larger $$$. You could have forums with tutorials as well.
But be warned it takes some work.
To make money on the forums you could have Adsense ads and a store alongside (books, software etc), try to partner with some software companies and solution provides. BTW why not add a freelancer section for custom works in those languages so you can turn your forums into a marketplace as well.

My shot would be up to $250-300 each undeveloped. Good luck.

Since it doesn't look like the names will get type-in traffic, I'd say reg fee for the name value themselves (not appraising "potential" - development, etc). Though it does appear the last one has the most interest for the exact term.

i think its hard to sit n wait for sale to come but if u develop it , maybe into a forum or so..higher chances of ppl buying it. so better develop it..
