NaturalGolfWizard.Com is for sale, along with the domain name. It has been picked up by Google, but needs work in the rankings. Assume no traffic, no revenue.

You get a nice looking site that is targeted toward a particular kind of golf technique. And that technique conveniently fits in with some nice products.
The content: Some of it is original, some is reworked PLR stuff. There is only one of these sites, an it's all legit. I wanted to develop it, but haven't had time to get into golf. All work and no play.
If you want a golf site, this will save you time and give you a nice head start.
