Yes the only money it makes is via the text links purchased, and I see sites selling the links for a minimum of $25.00, but mine currently are only $1.00 so you can make a lot more with it.

Im sure you can make even more money buy adding google ads and selling banners and such on it, and its already getting a good amount of traffic with little advertising done for it.

Its a yearly rate, so after a year you can clear the database or you can change it and make it lifetime, its all up to you. But right now its set at a yearly rate.

SiteTagged.com has had over 1,500 google bot hits this month and has gone up 100,000 ranks to around 670,000 ranked in alexa in the past DAY!
